Last updated: August 1, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Vyzzor LLC (“Vyzzor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or interact with vyzzor.com and related online services.
This Cookie Policy forms part of and should be read together with our:
- Privacy Policy;
- Vyzzor Privacy Supplement;
- Your Privacy Choices page; and
- Terms & Conditions.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device when a person visits a website.
Cookies may allow a website or service provider to:
- Recognize a browser or device;
- Maintain a shopping cart;
- Keep a customer signed in;
- Remember preferences;
- Protect accounts and transactions;
- Measure website activity;
- Understand how visitors interact with a website;
- Personalize content; or
- Measure and deliver advertising.
Some cookies operate only during a browsing session. Others remain on the device for a specified period or until they are deleted.
2. Similar Technologies
In addition to cookies, Vyzzor and its service providers may use technologies such as:
- Pixels;
- Tags;
- Web beacons;
- Local storage;
- Software development kits;
- Application programming interfaces;
- Device identifiers;
- Hashed or pseudonymous identifiers; and
- Similar tracking or storage technologies.
References to “cookies” in this Policy generally include these similar technologies unless the context requires otherwise.
3. Who Uses Cookies on the Site?
Cookies and similar technologies may be placed or operated by:
- Vyzzor;
- Shopify;
- Payment and digital-wallet providers;
- Analytics providers;
- Advertising platforms;
- Product-customization providers;
- Review providers;
- Social-media and messaging platforms;

- Other service providers supporting the Site.
Some technologies are controlled by Vyzzor or Shopify. Others are controlled by independent third parties and are subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
4. Categories of Cookies We Use
The technologies used on the Site may fall into the following categories.
A. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These technologies are necessary to operate the Site and provide requested services.
They may support:
- Shopping-cart functions;
- Checkout;
- Payment processing;
- Customer accounts;
- Login and authentication;
- Security;
- Fraud prevention;
- Network management;
- Load balancing;
- Order processing;
- Privacy-preference storage; and
- Access to secure areas of the Site.
Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Site, checkout, customer accounts, or other essential functions from working correctly.
Because these cookies are required to provide requested services, they may not be subject to optional consent controls in all jurisdictions.
B. Functional Cookies
Functional technologies help provide enhanced or personalized Site features.
They may be used to:
- Remember language or regional preferences;
- Remember previous selections;
- Support product-customization interfaces;
- Maintain customer-service or messaging functions;
- Remember accessibility or display preferences;
- Support reviews and user-generated content; and
- Improve the continuity of the browsing experience.
If these technologies are disabled, certain functions may not operate as expected.
C. Analytics and Performance Cookies
Analytics technologies help us understand how visitors use the Site.
They may collect information concerning:
- Pages viewed;
- Products viewed;
- Links selected;
- Time spent on pages;
- Referring pages or campaigns;
- Browser and device type;
- Approximate location derived from IP address;
- Cart activity;
- Checkout activity;
- Technical errors; and
- General Site performance.
We may use this information to:
- Measure Site traffic;
- Evaluate product-page performance;
- Improve navigation;
- Identify technical problems;
- Understand customer journeys;
- Measure campaign performance; and
- Improve products and services.
Analytics may be provided through Shopify, Google, or other analytics providers used by Vyzzor.
D. Advertising and Targeting Cookies
Advertising technologies may be used to:
- Measure advertising performance;
- Attribute visits or purchases to campaigns;
- Limit repeated advertisements;
- Create or refine advertising audiences;
- Display advertisements based on interests or prior interactions;
- Conduct remarketing or retargeting;
- Understand how users interact with advertisements; and
- Personalize advertising on other websites or platforms.
Advertising providers may include:
- Shopify;
- Google;
- Meta, including Facebook and Instagram;
- TikTok; and
- Other advertising or measurement providers adopted by Vyzzor.
Depending on applicable state law, certain advertising-related disclosures may be considered a sale, sharing, or processing for targeted advertising.
Vyzzor does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary payment.
5. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence
The Site is hosted by Shopify.
Shopify uses cookies and similar technologies to provide services such as:
- Storefront operation;
- Checkout;
- Payments;
- Customer accounts;
- Security;
- Fraud prevention;
- Analytics;
- Personalization;
- Shop services; and
- Other Shopify-supported functionality.
Vyzzor has enabled Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify may therefore process information associated with customer interactions with Vyzzor, Shopify, and other Shopify merchants to provide enhanced services, including:
- Fraud prevention;
- Store and product improvements;
- Personalization;
- Performance measurement; and
- Advertising-related services.
Customer choices submitted through Shopify’s supported cookie banner, data-sharing opt-out page, Global Privacy Control signals, or appropriately integrated privacy tools may affect how Shopify Network Intelligence uses applicable information.
More information is available in Vyzzor’s Privacy Policy, Vyzzor Privacy Supplement, Your Privacy Choices page, and Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy.
6. Google Technologies
Vyzzor may use Google services, including:
- Google Analytics;
- Google Tag Manager;
- Google Ads;
- Conversion measurement; and
- Advertising or audience services.
Google technologies may collect or receive information such as:
- IP address;
- Browser or device information;
- Cookie identifiers;
- Pages viewed;
- Products viewed;
- Advertising interactions;
- Purchases;
- Campaign source;
- Approximate location; and
- Conversion events.
Google may process this information under its own privacy terms and controls.
The presence of Google Tag Manager does not itself determine what information is collected. It may be used to manage other tags or technologies configured by Vyzzor.
7. Meta Technologies
Vyzzor may use technologies and services provided by Meta, including the Meta Pixel and advertising tools associated with Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp campaigns.
These technologies may be used to:
- Measure ad performance;
- Attribute visits and purchases;
- Create advertising audiences;
- Conduct remarketing;
- Understand interactions with Meta advertisements; and
- Allow users to initiate communications with Vyzzor.
Meta may independently process information according to its own privacy policy and platform terms.
A user who starts a WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram conversation may provide additional information directly through that platform, as described in the Vyzzor Privacy Supplement.
8. TikTok Technologies
Vyzzor may use the TikTok Pixel or related advertising and measurement services.
TikTok technologies may help Vyzzor:
- Measure advertising performance;
- Attribute Site visits or purchases;
- Analyze campaign activity;
- Create audiences; and
- Conduct remarketing or targeted advertising.
TikTok may process information under its own privacy policy and platform terms.
9. Product Customization and Artwork Tools
Product-customization services may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to:
- Maintain a customization session;
- Save temporary design selections;
- Display a product preview;
- Associate uploaded artwork with a product or order;
- Preserve configuration choices;
- Record electronic approval; and
- Support the transfer of customization information into the cart or order.
Disabling these technologies may prevent customized products from being configured, approved, or purchased correctly.
Information contained in uploaded artwork and approvals is addressed more fully in the Vyzzor Privacy Supplement.
10. Reviews and User-Generated Content
Vyzzor may use Judge.me or another review provider.
Review technologies may be used to:
- Display product reviews;
- Verify purchases;
- Request customer reviews;
- Prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions;
- Display photographs or videos submitted with a review; and
- Measure interaction with review content.
Review providers may set or access cookies according to their own privacy practices.
11. Payment and Digital-Wallet Technologies
Payment providers and digital wallets, including Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, card networks, or financial institutions, may use cookies or similar technologies to:
- Authenticate users;
- Process payments;
- Remember authorized payment preferences;
- Prevent fraud;
- Verify transactions; and
- Provide secure checkout functions.
These technologies may be necessary to complete a purchase.
Payment providers independently control some of their technologies and process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. First-Party and Third-Party Cookies
A first-party cookie is associated with the domain the visitor is currently using.
A third-party cookie or technology is controlled by another provider whose service is incorporated into the Site.
Third-party providers may combine information collected through the Site with information obtained through:
- Their own services;
- Other websites;
- Mobile applications;
- Advertising partners;
- Other merchants; or
- Other sources permitted under their privacy policies and applicable law.
Vyzzor does not control all independent processing conducted by third parties.
13. Cookie Duration
Cookies may be:
- Session cookies, which generally expire when the browser session ends; or
- Persistent cookies, which remain for a set period or until deleted.
The duration of a particular cookie depends on:
- Its purpose;
- The provider that operates it;
- Browser settings;
- Privacy selections;
- Security requirements; and
- Changes made by the provider.
Because Shopify and other providers may update their technologies, Vyzzor does not maintain a permanent public list of every cookie name and expiration period in this Policy.
Where available, more specific information may be presented through the Site’s cookie-preference interface or the applicable provider’s privacy documentation.
14. Cookie Banner
Depending on your location, applicable law, and Shopify’s configured privacy regions, the Site may display a cookie banner or consent interface.
The banner may allow you to:
- Accept optional cookies;
- Reject certain optional cookies;
- Review categories;
- Save preferences; or
- Revisit prior selections.
The banner might not appear to every visitor or in every jurisdiction.
Strictly necessary technologies may continue to operate even when optional categories are rejected because they are required to provide the Site, checkout, security, privacy controls, or other requested services.
15. Changing Cookie Preferences
Where the Shopify cookie-preference tool is available, visitors may review or change their choices through:
- The cookie banner;
- A Cookie preferences link in the Site footer or policy area; or
- Another privacy-preference control made available on the Site.
Preferences may apply only to the browser or device on which they were submitted.
You may need to repeat your selections when you:
- Use another device;
- Use another browser;
- Browse in private or incognito mode;
- Delete cookies;
- Reset browser storage; or
- Use a different user profile.
16. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow users to:
- Review stored cookies;
- Delete cookies;
- Block some or all cookies;
- Block third-party cookies;
- Receive notifications before cookies are stored; or
- Restrict local storage and similar technologies.
Browser controls vary. Consult the browser’s settings or support documentation for instructions.
Blocking all cookies may affect:
- Shopping-cart functions;
- Login;
- Checkout;
- Payment methods;
- Product customization;
- Privacy preferences;
- Reviews;
- Saved settings; and
- Other Site features.
Browser controls do not necessarily prevent all pixels, device identifiers, server-side measurements, or other non-cookie technologies.
17. Your Privacy Choices
Residents of certain states may have the right to opt out of processing considered:
- Sale of personal information;
- Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; or
- Targeted advertising.
Eligible users may submit this choice through the Your Privacy Choices page linked in the Site footer.
An advertising-related opt-out does not necessarily disable:
- Strictly necessary technologies;
- Security or fraud-prevention processing;
- Transactional measurement;
- Contextual advertising;
- Order processing;
- Compliance records; or
- Processing otherwise permitted by applicable law.
18. Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable law and supported by Shopify’s privacy tools, a qualifying Global Privacy Control signal may be treated as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
The effect of the signal may depend on:
- The visitor’s location;
- Applicable law;
- Browser support;
- Shopify’s configured opt-out regions;
- Whether a third-party service is properly integrated with Shopify’s privacy controls; and
- The browser or device from which the signal is sent.
A GPC choice may need to be repeated on another browser or device.
19. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a general “Do Not Track” signal.
Because there is no universally accepted technical or legal standard governing ordinary Do Not Track signals, the Site does not necessarily respond to those signals.
This is different from a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control where applicable.
20. Third-Party Consent Integration
Shopify’s cookie banner controls Shopify-supported cookies, Shopify Pixels, and technologies that are properly integrated with Shopify’s Customer Privacy tools.
Vyzzor may also use third-party applications, pixels, tags, or services.
We seek to configure supported third-party technologies to respect applicable consent and opt-out choices. However:
- Some third-party technologies operate under independent controls;
- A provider may require additional configuration;
- Browser restrictions may affect how preferences are recognized;
- Server-side or non-cookie processing may be governed by separate opt-out mechanisms; and
- A provider’s independent processing is subject to its own privacy policy.
Visitors may also use provider-specific controls or browser settings where available.
21. Essential Communications Are Not Controlled by Cookie Preferences
Rejecting optional cookies does not unsubscribe a customer from:
- Order confirmations;
- Payment notices;
- Shipping notifications;
- Account-security messages;
- Customer-service responses;
- Claim communications; or
- Other transactional messages.
Marketing-email preferences are managed separately through the unsubscribe mechanism contained in marketing emails or by contacting Vyzzor.
22. Updates to This Cookie Policy
Vyzzor may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in:
- Site functionality;
- Shopify services;
- Advertising providers;
- Analytics;
- Product-customization tools;
- Review providers;
- Payment methods;
- Privacy controls;
- Applicable law; or
- Business practices.
The updated version will display a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
